For a limited time only, get FREE SHIPPING to most major cities in Canada.

Free Shipping Restrictions: Remote areas in Canada and anywhere outside of Canada do not qualify for the free shipping offer. Shipping charges to these areas will be calculated individually based on location. This will be an additional surcharge on your order after purchase. You will be contacted with the shipping costs for approval before processing the payment.

Our Shipping Policy

We offer curbside delivery to most major cities in Canada. Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Cabinet Bed Shipping: $95 freight anywhere in BC

This $95 charge is for door-to-door freight transportation drop-off service. It’s only available in BC, and does not include delivery inside your premises.

Cabinet beds are shipped on a wooden pallet that needs to be purchased for $60 plus applicable taxes.

Your new cabinet bed will be securely packaged and tied to the pallet, to be dropped as close to the building as possible by a loan driver. The end user will need to arrange to take the bed inside their premises on their own and responsibly dispose of the pallet.

Our Exchange Policy

Comfort exchanges on mattresses are available within 120 nights, on items that are soil- and stain-free with all factory labels and law tags intact.

Please contact the store directly to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number within 120 days of the shipping date to be eligible for a credit. We will refuse any return shipments that aren’t accompanied by a RA number.

All items must be returned to us in like-new condition, packaged appropriately and free of any damage. As we can not resell a comfort exchange mattress as new, we do not offer a credit if a lower-priced item is selected.

We reserve the right to refuse credits on damaged items or items that appear to have been abused. All sales are final after 120 days of shipment and the manufacturer’s warranty continues in place as set out in the warranty card.

All return shipping charges and arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser. After inspection, we will issue the credit to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned goods.

All re-selected mattresses must be paid in full prior to shipping.

Our Cancellation Policy

Any order except those marked as custom, clearance, “as is” or final sale can be cancelled prior to shipping for a full refund. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges if the order is cancelled or changed while in transit.

All clearance items, floor models, “as is”, and custom orders are final sales and cannot be cancelled for a refund.
